Shipping Policy

Unless a customer has specific shipping requirements, all retail orders placed with Seyleniya Cinnamon are shipped using DHL Express.

Shipping Costs

We aim to provide reasonable and competitive shipping rates. When purchasing multiple products, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the contents and quantity of your order.

You can use the shopping cart to view estimated shipping costs for different combinations of products before completing your purchase.

No account registration is required to calculate shipping charges or place an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the applicable DHL Express rates, destination, package weight, and order quantity.

In many cases, the shipping cost per unit may decrease when larger quantities are purchased.

Shipping Duties 

Our shipping charges cover courier delivery from Sri Lanka to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your DHL tracking number.

You can use the tracking number on the DHL website to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Order Process Time

Retail orders are generally dispatched within 2 – 3 business days after the order and payment have been successfully confirmed.

Orders received on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next business day.
