Return Policy

If for any reason you need to return your order, please refer to the information below.

1. You may initiate a return for items purchased from https://seyleniya.com within 30 days from the date of your order. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable for standard returns.
2. We accept returns for unopened and unused items. If the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective, we will reimburse the original shipping cost and cover the return shipping expenses.
3. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The returned item must reach us within 30 days from the original order date.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days.
